What you can bring:

  • 3+ years working as a designer or art director. Agency experience a plus.

Inferno is seeking a Back-End or Full-Stack Web Developer. The perfect candidate is part developer and part designer, with some serious back-end development skills. If you are a self-starter, critical thinker, and problem solver please apply. If we are right for each other, you will be joining our development team and working alongside our digital marketing, creative, and account service teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years full stack software development experience specific to the required technologies outlined above
  • Ability to express oneself clearly in both verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical peers and clients
  • Web technologies: Responsive Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
  • Web services: REST
  • Content Management Systems: WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, and Headless CMS solutions
  • Relational and non-relational databases MySQL
  • Modern DevOps tools and techniques including GitHub, CI/CD
  • Enterprise application software installation and maintenance
  • Front End: Vue.JS, React, AngularJS
  • Experience with information security best practices
  • Demonstrable ability to resolve complex system or technical issues, often thinking on your feet and offering multiple creative solutions or options
  • Able to understand and translate stakeholder needs to technical requirements

 

Professionals should have some or most of the following skills and experience:

Fluent in scripting languages like  PHP, .Net, or Javascript

Experience with Laravel, WordPress

Experience with SQL, MySLQ and Oracle database systems

Version control, such as Git, CVS or SVN

Experience with .NET or ASP backend development is a plus.

Experience with SQL Server databases

Experience or knowledge concerning enterprise systems such as:

IIS web servers

Active Directory / LDAP user management and/or integration

Single sign on or corporate login integration
