The Account Coordinator assists the account executive and account supervisor where needed. He/she must be available to help the Account Executive (AE) & Account Supervisor (AS) to manage the projects within the agency and assist with client needs.

Outlined below are the duties and responsibilities of the Account Coordinator. This job description provides a basis for the duties and responsibilities of the job but is not limited to just the specifics listed here.


  • Help AE & AS with the development of marketing communications plans.
  • Assist the AE in preparing for creative planning sessions for each client when necessary.
  • Assist the AE in obtaining research of all aspects of a client’s business as required in strategic planning.


  • Assist the AE in opening new jobs – provide detailed and accurate information on the job starter form.
  • Manage projects that have been assigned.
  • Work with internal departments to help ensure client projects are on time and within budget.
  • Assist AE in developing Creative Briefs for projects.
  • Gather and organize information provided by client into usable format for creative team.
  • Assist AE in the budgeting process and help to ensure that the client project is done within scope, within budget, and within deadlines.
  • Manage competitive media spending analysis.
  • Understand and follow agency processes.


  • Assist AE in developing and maintaining weekly status reports for clients.
  • Assist AE in providing written confirmation from all meetings, conference calls, or phone conversations where decisions are made to the client in the form of written documents or emails.
  • Communicate effectively, professionally and in a timely manner with management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 1-2 years marketing or relevant experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, execution, and organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, creative, and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of billing and budgets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple software

inferno is seeking an experienced Director of Digital Services. The Director of Digital Services will manage the interactive department, including supervising the design, programming, development, and management of all interactive/web and digital projects for the agency and its clients. This person should be skilled at creating interactive websites and digital strategies that are functional, dynamic, effective, and capable of maintaining a brand’s image.

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director, account service, and creative teams on strategy and design, ensuring UX, SEO and tracking are cutting edge for our clients.
  • Work with project management and account service teams to develop proposals for site development as part of the overall client strategic planning process.
  • Assign, advise, and manage web design and development teams to ensure quality project outcomes.
  • Implement policies and standards for posting content to interactive/web and digital properties.
  • Help provide digital campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients, when needed.
  • Regularly monitor websites and produce reports on current status, with recommendations for updates of content and design.
  • Stay current with ever-changing web design and digital trends, tools and practices.
  • Appropriately manage resource capacity and demand to meet business delivery and production support expectation.
  • Schedule staff trainings to ensure the interactive department maintains a high level of skills and knowledge.
  • Develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships across the agency to maximize collaboration, partnership, and efficiency.


  • 3-5 years of experience leading Development/Digital team.
  • Extensive web development experience.
  • Understanding of hosting services and platforms (e.g. Shared, Virtual, Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with .NET or ASP backend development
  • Experience with SQL Server databases
  • Experience or knowledge concerning enterprise systems such as:
    • IIS web servers
    • Active Directory / LDAP user management and/or integration
    • Single sign on or corporate login integration
  • General understanding of how Content Management Systems work including headless CMS
  • Extensive experience with WordPress
  • Experience working in Google Search Console and Google Data Studio
  • Experience with Drupal, Hubspot, BigCommerce and DotNetNuke are a plus
  • Experience hosting WordPress and Drupal sites on Pantheon
  • Command line maintenance for servers
  • Rackspace server maintenance and set up
  • Marketing automation experience including Salesforce integrations
  • Web project management in Trello

Programming Languages and Frameworks beyond the basics:

  • PHP, Laravel, Vue.js
  • Custom application development
  • Working with git repositories
