Director/Producer of Video and Photography

We are looking for an experienced Director/Producer of Video with adjacent experience in photography to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, artistic style, and ability to execute video campaigns from concept through postproduction. 

You will report to the Creative Director and be responsible for overseeing the creative direction, visual style, and artistic vision of brand video and photography projects for our portfolio of regional, national, and global clients. 

Responsibilities: 

Develop dynamic and creative videos for multiple channels.

You will participate in concept creation and work through scripting, and storyboarding, with our account leads, strategists, art directors, designers, and copywriters. 

You will work closely with our Director of Project Management to set schedules, develop estimates, and manage outside resources with the goal of delivering the highest-quality, on-brand content. 

You will manage and collaborate closely with videographers, editors, animators, and talent, to ensure that video content for our clients meets the highest standards of quality and creativity through postproduction. 

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, Art Director, or Sr. Design role with a focus on video creation.

Ability to work closely with editors and post-production teams to ensure that the final product aligns with the established artistic vision.

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in video production, including cinematography, equipment, editing techniques, and motion graphics.

Great feel for framing, staging, lighting, and sound and be able to provide clear and concise direction for photo and video shoots.

Proven ability to lead projects. 

Possess a quality-driven outlook while being able to pivot based on project requirements and changes in scope. 

Ability to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all video content with ability to follow brand standards and understand their implementation. 

Must be willing to travel to shoot locations throughout the United States and internationally.
