Digital Ad Specialist

The Digital Ad Specialist is responsible for implementing, optimizing, analyzing, tracking and reporting paid advertising campaigns utilizing a full-funnel marketing approach. The candidate will be responsible for managing various paid channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, to achieve client’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic and analytical mindset with a proven track record of successful paid media campaigns utilizing AI capabilities and new digital advertising technologies.

Core Role Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns while ensuring alignment with client’s overall business objectives
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Google My Business, Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid social platforms
  • Manage optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keywords, landing page alignment to ads, ad creatives, audience targeting, A/B testing and landing page revisions based on performance targets
  • Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to Director of Digital Marketing
  • Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific customer segments with tailored messaging
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives
  • Assist in client communications 
  • Set up tracking such as implementing Facebook Pixels and Google conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and key events in Google Analytics 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, advertising, marketing, digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a digital paid media role with at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other various digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with data presentation tools like Google Looker Studio
  • Experience with marketing research tools and competitive analysis such as Semrush
  • Strategic background with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
