Associate Creative Director

Position Overview: 

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to help lead our creative team. You’ll help guide the work we produce for a wide range of clients, making sure it’s thoughtful, effective, and on-brand. You’ll work closely with other departments to understand client goals, shape ideas, and bring them to life—from the first concept to the final deliverable. The right candidate has 5+ years agency experience, is hands-on, organized, and confident leading a team while encouraging open collaboration. What we expect from you:

I. Creative Project Leadership

• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple platforms. 
• Balance hands-on work with big-picture direction, keeping projects on track and aligned with client expectations
• Provide thoughtful, clear feedback that helps push ideas forward

II. Creative Team Management

• Lead and support a team of Art Directors and Copywriters with mentorship and care
• Build a collaborative, open environment where creative people can do their best work
• Collaborate with account service and strategy teams to align creative concepts with client objectives.

III. Client & Brand Engagement

• Serve as a trusted creative partner, guiding clients through storytelling and design strategies.
• Present work persuasively to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Help shape briefs, oversee production, and ensure brand consistency across all work
