inferno expands account service and project management teams

 

Name: Alex Kenner

Title:  Account Executive

Reports to: Liza Routh, Account Manager

Job Responsibilities: Alex is responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects, as well as interaction with various agency departments, including creative, media, public relations, interactive and production.

Previous Work Experience: Alex graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Before joining our team at inferno, Alex worked as a senior account executive at Contemporary Media, Inc. 

What’s the soundtrack to your life? “Ramble On’ by Led Zeppelin.”

 

Name: Kelly Supernaw

Title: Account Executive

Reports to: Colleen Radish, Account Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Kelly serves as the primary contact for multiple clients, working to understand their needs and translate them to the appropriate department within the agency.

Previous Work Experience: Prior to working at inferno, Kelly worked as a manager at Pure Barre, where she led an employee team and oversaw all marketing efforts. She also played an instrumental role in helping grow the company from two to three studios in the Greater Memphis area.

Which three celebrities would you invite over for dinner? “Chrissy Teigen, Jennifer Lawrence, and Jillian Harris – all for the sheer comedy that crowd together would ensure. I would serve my Aunt Deb’s homemade lasagna.”

 

Name: Sylvia Banks

Title: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Colleen Radish, Account Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Sylvia’s primary responsibility is to keep track of everyone’s tasks for her individual projects, which include estimating time involved, monitoring the project status and creating a schedule with the account executive.

Previous Work Experience: Sylvia previously worked as a proofreader for Sullivan Branding, where she reviewed and editeda variety of promotional materials while maintaining client style guides. She also helped to write concise and compelling content for the company blog.
