MOSCOT Features Memphis on Cross-Country Road Trip

In honor of its 100th anniversary, New York City’s iconic eyewear institution MOSCOT launched a celebratory, cross-country road trip.

The plan was to drive a smart edition MOSCOT convertible from New York to San Diego, stopping at seven locations for special trunk shows that would include a sneak peek at the brand’s Fall 2015 Originals and Spirit Collections. Trunk show attendees would also have a chance to win a special edition LEMTOSH smart sunglass, designed in the style of the special edition convertible that made the trip possible.

That sounded like fun to us, especially because MOSCOT chose inferno client and eyewear boutique Eclectic Eye’s Midtown Memphis location to be its sole stop in the Southeast. And it was our job to let the city know.

We got the word out with an email blast to current Eclectic Eye customers, a citywide event announcement, and a social media campaign, which included a 13-day Instagram countdown featuring pictures of employees in their favorite MOSCOT frames. inferno also provided on-site support the day of the event.

The show was a big success, opening customers’ eyes to the brand’s newest collections and bringing lots of new customers through the doors of Eclectic Eye. See our event photos for a snapshot of the fun.
