Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to join the agency. We have a great culture, fantastic clients and our work is always interesting.

You’ll be responsible for supporting agency new business and marketing efforts, as well as contributing to prospective client research and onboarding transitions. This individual will work closely with leadership to manage the agency’s external marketing presence, inclusive of content planning and ideation that drives awareness of inferno’s expertise among key audiences.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the agency to support new business initiatives, help identify insights and contribute to client work.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to and manage inferno’s market-facing presence in partnership with other team members
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on new business initiatives, including development/execution of nurture strategies, tracking of opportunities and contributing to RFP responses/RFI inquiries
  • Contribute to new client onboarding initiatives and handoffs to account teams
  • Monitor content performance and/or engagement to inform agency-specific reporting
  • Conduct industry or client-specific research and prepare reports as directed

This is an entry-level position that offers exposure to various aspects of agency work. It requires less than a year of similar or related work experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.
