MEMPHIS, Tenn. – inferno, a full-service advertising, public relations, design and digital marketing firm, has promoted Caitlin Berry to public relations account executive, and has appointed Natalie Clynes as public relations project coordinator. Berry and Clynes report to Beth Wilson, public relations manager.

Berry joined the agency in 2015 and most recently served as a public relations account coordinator. In her new role, Berry is responsible for the daily management of client projects, which includes strategic planning, media coordination and communication, social media management and event support. She will also assist with new business efforts.
Clynes joins the inferno team from the University of Memphis, where she previously served as a marketing assistant coordinator in alumni and constituent relations. Clynes earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism with a concentration in public relations from the University of Memphis. As public relations project coordinator, Clynes is responsible for assisting the team in the development of news releases and contributed content, media monitoring efforts, social media management and providing event support for a variety of agency clients.
