MEMPHIS, Tenn., February 4, 2015 – inferno, a full-service advertising, marketing, design and public relations firm, has promoted Colleen Radish to Account Supervisor and Ryan Knoll and Liza Routh to Account Managers. Radish and Knoll will report to Dan O’Brien, Agency Partner, while Routh will report to Radish.

Radish joined the agency in 2005 and most recently served as an Account Manager. In her new role, she will continue to supervise key accounts, while also guiding policy and procedure within the account service department.
Knoll and Routh previously served as Account Executives, joining the agency in 2007 and 2009, respectively. In their new roles, both will head up efforts on behalf of select clients, manage the teams assigned to those clients and join the account service leadership team to ensure consistency of processes across the department and within all client groups.
