Glitz and Glam for a Good Cause

Here at inferno, we are proud to work with the Exchange Club Family Center as part of our Fuelanthropic initiative to give back to the Memphis community. When they asked us to help create promotional materials for their annual fundraising gala, we were happy to lend a hand.

This year, the Exchange Club Family Center held their annual Hands of Hope Auction Party at the University Club, with Ron Childers and Councilman Philip Spinosa emceeing the event. The evening, which included silent and live auctions, live music, dancing, and gourmet food stations, was a huge success.

Over 500 guests attended the event, and all the money raised will assist children and families in the Memphis community suffering from the tragedies of child abuse and family violence.

Our efforts to get the word out about the event included local media outreach by the inferno PR team. as well as uploading event information to Choose901 and the I Love Memphis Blog.

On the creative side, we created a branded invitation system for the event that included an invitation card, envelope, response card, and return envelope. In order to indicate this was a formal event, we used geometric patterns evoking a Gatsby-esque impression. Some of the elements, including the finger print heart, were printed in gold foil to further suggest formality.
